For the very first time in my so called life I woke up @ five in the morning for cardio exercise.

I did some running and power walking for 30 minutes. It was still dark. It was just me and my iPod running and walking around the curb. I went to the gym afterwards for 15 minutes, and finally hit the shower and went back to bed. Not bad for out of shape like me.

Let me tell you that it felt good after. I’ve been a little down lately and this is the first time that I did something good for myself besides shopping.


I’ve been somewhat athletic when I was young and I just don’t know what happened. I just got lazy with love I guess.


My therapeutic way of getting my life back together. I’m dying to get back in shape and start hitting the road again. I can’t wait.

simple lifestyle

I have a fetish for slippers for some reason.
I find them sexy. I wear them everyday at work. I don't care what other people think as long as I am comfy wearing it. It's another alternative lifestyle where I can just be myself. I have seven slippers. I saw one slippers in South Coast Plaza for $280... i just stare and walk away drooooling.

BLUE PASSPORT

A Passport is just a piece of paper, it's a powerful one.
An American Passport need not dictate what you feel in your heart about your homeland.
One would be hypocrite to deny all the good things about America and still hold the passport,
but in fact it would be one's right and duty as an American Citizen to critize the bad things about america.
The main advantage of the US PASSPORT for me is the ability to cross most international borders unhindered.
If such freedom of travel helps a person enlarge his world beyond america, our pinas will not be betrayed
and dont worry in foreign countries you will be taken for a Filipino, no matter what the passport says.

Ahhhhhh..... I have a lower back pain. I slept like 10 hours and now my back hurt sooo bad. I blame my scoliosis. I tried doing some stretching to ease my pain but no help. My cousin told me that my scoliosis is a physical manifestation of how twisted I feel inside. Life!

are they trying to change how sports should be played?
Danica Patrick and Michelle Wie are kicking men's butt.
i enjoyed watching their history making performance.
michelle is not even legally allowed to drive a car while danica showed us how passionate driver she was. they sure can hang out with the boys.
