therapy
For the very first time in my so called life I woke up @ five in the morning for cardio exercise.
I did some running and power walking for 30 minutes. It was still dark. It was just me and my iPod running and walking around the curb. I went to the gym afterwards for 15 minutes, and finally hit the shower and went back to bed. Not bad for out of shape like me.
Let me tell you that it felt good after. I’ve been a little down lately and this is the first time that I did something good for myself besides shopping.
I’ve been somewhat athletic when I was young and I just don’t know what happened. I just got lazy with love I guess.
My therapeutic way of getting my life back together. I’m dying to get back in shape and start hitting the road again. I can’t wait.
